Parent Responsibilities

The ultimate responsibility for a child's behavior rests with parents. Parents are expected to support the school in requiring students to observe all school rules and regulations and accepting responsibility for any willful misbehavior on their part.

Parents are asked to maintain an active interest in the student's daily work. Make it possible for them to complete assigned homework, particularly by providing a quiet place and suitable conditions for study at home.

Parents are expected to comply with the school's requests by reading carefully all communications and by signing and returning requested documents.

Parents should attend all parent-teacher conferences, as these conferences are scheduled in order to provide meaningful conversations regarding your child's progress. Missed conferences are missed opportunities to work successfully with you and your child.
